Waiver & Rules
1. All participants/attendees must act in a polite and courteous manner at all times.
2. Cheating of ANY kind will not be tolerated.
3. The City of Refuge - Pulaski and/or volunteers, staff and appointees are not responsible for any injuries, damages and/or lost or stolen items.
4. All participants will exercise all boater safety rules AND proper fish care. (Life jackets must be present on the boat and worn while moving over idle speed, live wells must be in proper working order and used)
5. ALL fish must be 14 inches as measured with mouth closed from furthest point on the mouth to the furthest point on the tail fin.
6. Any fish deemed short by weigh in staff will automatically be disqualified from weigh in and the boat will receive a 1 pound penalty off their total weight.
7. Smallmouth, Largemouth and Spotted Bass are the only species eligible for weigh in.
8. Boats will be blasted off by boat number in 3 total flights. Boats 1-50, boats 51-100 and boats 101-150. Flight 1 will be required back to the dock at no later than 3:00pm, flight 2-3:15pm and flight 3-3:30 pm.
9. No intoxicating substances will be permitted on the tournament grounds or in the boat.
10. There will be a maximum of 2 people per boat.
11. Failure to sign in acknowledgement or failure to abide by these rules WILL result in disqualification for the entire boat.
There is a mandatory meeting at 6:15am on the tournament day for all participants.
By registering for the event you acknowledge and agree to all of the above.

2nd Annual Pickleball Tournament Fundraiser - will be held at Radford Recreation Center, 200 George Street, Radford VA 24241 on Saturday March 29, 2025. We are excited to host a full day of exciting pickleball competition. Register BEFORE March 5 to receive a FREE Tournament T-Shirt!
About the Tournament
Fixed partner doubles tournament. You may register without a partner (however we strongly encourage you to have your partner when you register and have your partner name you when they register). We will do our best to assign partners closer to the tournament date. Men’s doubles and Women’s doubles will play in the morning and Mixed doubles will play in the afternoon.
Two LEVELS of play
Chill (aimed at 3.0 (out of 10) and below level players)
Intense (aimed at 3.5 and above level players) Full!
Within each level, there are 3 DIVISIONS (adults may choose 1 or 2 divisions to play within the same level)
Men’s doubles division
Women’s doubles division
Mixed doubles division Full!
FORMAT
The tournament format will be pool play, results from which will determine seeding for the medal rounds.
Appropriate balls will be provided for the tournament, but you must bring your own paddles.
Games played to 11, win by 2
We will have light concessions available on site.

Payment in full is required to complete the registration process.
Adult: $30.00 for one event $45.00 for two events
