City of Refuge is a faith-based organization that helps individuals and families transition out of crisis. We are located at 249 Dora Hwy. Pulaski, Va. The needs are great, but when community members, organizations, and volunteers partner together, we are able to see amazing things happen.

At City of Refuge Pulaski, it is our desire to bring Light, Hope, and Transformation to our community. We concentrate on the 4 key impact areas: health and wellness, housing, vocational training, and youth development.
